We had the distinct honor of creating charcuterie for Ashtin & Tucker’s wedding in Spokane County on September 9th. What a gorgeous couple, and an amazing testament to their families. In October 2021, Bellasorellas was founded on a simple idea - the joy of gathering with loved ones over delicious food. The inspiration for our charcuterie company came during the isolation of the pandemic, when I longed for the connection of spending time with friends. Determined to recreate the experience of a girls night out safely, I delivered charcuterie boxes to my friends' homes and we gathered virtually over Zoom to eat, drink, and catch up.
This unique and memorable experience led to the creation of Bellasorellas Charcuterie. The name, which means "pretty sisters" in Italian, reflects the inviting and inclusive nature of our business. Our charcuterie boxes, filled with fresh, local ingredients, are a perfect way to stay connected and enjoy a special treat with loved ones, whether near or far. These boxes make excellent gifts and add a touch of elegance to any gathering. Join us in celebrating the joy of togetherness with Bellasorellas Charcuterie.
